Meet Our Director Saige
Early childhood education has been a passion of mine for the past 15 years. I began my journey at just 16 years old as a teacher at Layton Children’s Center, where I quickly discovered my love for helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. Over the years, I had the opportunity to lead the infant room, serve as the Program Specialist for infants and toddlers, and spent five years of my career as an Assistant Director. Most recently I worked at a childcare center in Logan, continuing to grow my experience and passion for early learning.
I have loved every minute of being director at Dream Big Academy!
The care we give our children today helps shape the adults they become tomorrow.
Meet Our Owner Ashlee
My name is Ashlee Phillips. As a mother of five, I understand how important it is to find quality childcare. My love for children and my passion for early education have always been a big part of who I am.
I was born and raised here in the valley, and I care deeply about this community and the families who call it home. I’ve lived in many states and I chose to move back to Tremonton to raise my own family here, which makes creating a place like Dream Big Academy even more meaningful to me.
My vision for Dream Big Academy is to create one of the very best childcare facilities in the state, not just because of our beautiful facility, but because of the exceptional care, education, and experiences we give every child. I want to continually raise the bar for what families can expect from childcare and create a place where local families feel supported, and confident in the care their children receive.
